Cape Horn Coquitlam is located just North of the #1 TransCanada Hwy and is a quick spin out to Burnaby or Down Town Vancouver. However, you will find that the area is a mixed demographic in that people who live here are of al ages and all different ethinicities.

Cape Horn Coquitlam is also conveniently located near a lot of nice shops, restaurants, movie cinemas and bars. Just 5 minutes away is the Coquitlam Ikea, Silver City Coquitlam Cinemas and a Canadian Tire. There is also a large industrial and commercial area where you can buy flooring, cabinets, windows or cultured stone for your home renovation needs.
