Tynehead Regional Dog Park

Guildford – This is our favourite dog park by far. Not just because the park is massive (642.474 acres) and your dog has plenty of space to run but because it is well maintained and always busy with all sorts of breeds of dogs roaming freely to socialise and play. The actual off leash portion of the park is about 6 acres in size and has streams, forested areas, trails and fields for the furry ones. The rest of the park has bridges, streams, gravel paths and forested areas to stroll on leash to enjoy nature at its finest. There are also picnic areas and a washroom in case you want to bring friends and family for a summer barbeque or picnic.

Dogwood Park in South Surrey

This is our No.1 dog park we have visited so far. The off leash portion of the park can be accessed off of 20ave near 134 St. and connects to a series of heavily treed trails that leads to Chantrell Park to the east and Bridlewood Park and Huntington Park to the west. The linear system is a natural extension of the Sunnyside Acres Urban Forest.

There is a separated gated portion of the park, exclusive from the large open field, which you can spend training your dog or multiple dogs. There are also many benches and covers resting areas you can stop and have a barbeque or mingle with other dog owners.
