Poplar is the area of Abbotsford south of Highway 1 and North of the US Border, between Mt. Lehman and Sumas. Most real estate here has easy access to Highway 1 from both the Sumas and McCallum entrances. In fact you can find yourself downtown Vancouver in just a little over an hour on a good day.
